Q:  What do you use as a sweetener?

A:  The light glaze is made by adding granualated sugar before the corn starts popping.

Q:  Does Carmel-Peanut Munch contain peanuts?

A:  Yes, it does.  Because of our awareness of peanut allergies, we are very careful that the peanuts do not touch any of the equipment.

Q:  What kind of kettle do you use?

A:  We use a NSF certified stainless steele kettle. that is heated by propane.

Q:  How do you control the unpopped kernels?

A:  We use a six-foot stainless steele sifting table.  The popcorn is cooled, then sifted. The unpopped kernels and bits and pieces go through the sifter into the bins below; leaving you with the best kernals!

Q:  Is your business a franchise?

A:  No.  We are independently owned and operated.

Q:  Do you do corporate orders?

A:  Yes, we would be happy to serve your company and make gifts that are just right for your business.

Q:  How far in advance do we have to contact you to pop at an event?

A:  Approximately six months in most cases, but give us a call and perhaps we'll be able to fit you in.
